Part of what makes Paige so successful at what she does is her intentionality and broad scope of knowledge. From building construction to real estate, aesthetic design vision and architectural knowledge to marketing acumen — she has always loved the opportunity to learn and never shies away from getting her hands dirty. She prides herself on her ability to work with a diverse set of personalities. Here are a few of her favorite partners:
Doug Broadbent
Doug Broadbent is a Master Craftsman who has been building homes and businesses across the United States for almost 40 years. He is also Paige's father, and the two have built a natural partnership on the job site, where his decades of hands on experience meet her design vision.
An established woodworker with a genuine passion for design, Doug crafts unique projects from start to finish, bringing the same level of care to a custom staircase as he does to an entire remodel. A self proclaimed perfectionist, his favorite projects are the most challenging ones Paige can come up with. On many of her ongoing projects, he serves as master craftsman and project manager on site, making sure every detail is finished to his exacting standard before it is called done.
BellA Vista COmpany
Paige partners closely with Bella Vista Company, a Dallas based design build firm, to bring her residential designs from concept through construction. Bella Vista's team of builders, project managers, and trade partners works alongside her on every project, translating design intent into finished spaces without losing sight of a home's original character.
This collaboration allows for a seamless process from first sketch to final walkthrough. Design decisions are informed by real construction knowledge from the start, and construction stays true to the design vision throughout the build. Together, Paige and the Bella Vista team have delivered remodels and new builds across Dallas's conservation districts and established neighborhoods, helping homeowners update their homes while keeping what made them special in the first place.
RILEY SPENCE
Do you know what's better than a regular realtor? A realtor who knows the difference between a thoroughbred and a quarter horse! Riley Spence is a horse-loving realtor who has specialized her expertise in both city living and farm and ranch properties. We're so lucky to have an agent on our team who navigates these sales for her sellers and buyers with a specialized knowledge of the nuances of farm transactions as well as understanding the farm and ranch lifestyle.
“boss lady” Hellman
Jamie Hellman is part financial advisor, part design cheerleader, and all boss lady. She is Paige's co founder in their design build company, Boss Lady Flips, where the two purchase East Dallas homes and take on complete remodels without starting from scratch.
Their approach is never to erase what makes a home special. Jamie and Paige rebuild and modernize each property while working to preserve and highlight its original bones and character, giving these East Dallas homes a new life that still feels true to where they started.
ANDIE CLARK
Originally from Minnesota, Andie made her way to DFW by way of Germany and then Nashville. She has been working in Real Estate since 2015. She started in the industry as an Executive Assistant to a team of busy agents following a 13 year career working with a high profile clientele in the Nashville and Dallas- Fort Worth areas. Eventually, she shifted her focus and worked as a Transaction Coordinator for multiple agents before pursuing her own license and becoming a REALTOR® in 2021.
