Part of what makes Paige so successful at what she does is her intentionality and broad scope of knowledge. From building construction to real estate, aesthetic design vision and architectural knowledge to marketing acumen — she has always loved the opportunity to learn and never shies away from getting her hands dirty. She prides herself on her ability to work with a diverse set of personalities. Here are a few of her favorite partners:
Doug Broadbent
Doug is a Master Craftsman who has been building homes and business across the United States for almost 40 years. He is also Paige’s father! He is an established woodworker with a penchant for design and crafting unique projects from start to finish. A self proclaimed perfectionist, his favorite projects to execute are the most challenging ones that Paige can come up with. He acts as a GC on the job site of many of Paige’s ongoing projects.
Russell Holmes
Familiar to fans as the “muscle” behind the creative renovations on Garage Rehab and Discovery’s Fast N’ Loud, Russell is a construction expert with more than twenty years of experience and co-hosted with Paige on their HGTV Series “Renovation Impossible” in 2021 and 2022. As part of the HGTV series they worked together to help start or salvage home renovations that have been stalled by unrealistic expectations, tight budgets and those lacking design vision.
Amber Terry
The spreadsheet queen and financial investor extraordinaire. Amber brings a wealth of back end financial management experience as well as a desire to make East Dallas flip houses more unique and less vanilla. She’s always open to a good project house and is also very savvy with power tools if needed.
RILEY SPENCE
Do you know what's better than a regular realtor? A realtor who knows the difference between a thoroughbred and a quarter horse! Riley Spence is a horse-loving realtor who has specialized her expertise in both city living and farm and ranch properties. We're so lucky to have an agent on our team who navigates these sales for her sellers and buyers with a specialized knowledge of the nuances of farm transactions as well as understanding the farm and ranch lifestyle.
“boss lady” Hellman
Part financial advisor, part design cheerleader — all boss lady; Hellman is co-founder with Paige for their design build company “Boss Lady Flips.” Hellman and Paige purchase East Dallas homes and completely remodel without rebuilding from scratch. Their intent is always to rebuild and modernize a property while still working to preserve and highlight the “bones” and original integrity of the home.
ANDIE CLARK
Originally from Minnesota, Andie made her way to DFW by way of Germany and then Nashville. She has been working in Real Estate since 2015. She started in the industry as an Executive Assistant to a team of busy agents following a 13 year career working with a high profile clientele in the Nashville and Dallas- Fort Worth areas. Eventually, she shifted her focus and worked as a Transaction Coordinator for multiple agents before pursuing her own license and becoming a REALTOR® in 2021.
